I'm getting close to settling on a solution, Mav. Just waiting to get everyone registered in both leagues so I can play around with the scheduling options to see what Yahoo allows (and doesn't allow) me to do.
 
With the twelfth and thirteenth selections of the 2014 Manager Draft, Bravo League completes its sweep of last year's top three clubs by selecting MatzWhat and rolls the dice on the relatively unknown arboreal avenger, Sprucewayne.
 
With the 14th and 15th selections of the 2014 Manager Draft, Alpha League completes its sweep of last year's bottom three clubs by selecting Fluxion, and also acquires the sole CS representative, Terror.
 
With the sixteenth and seventeenth selections of the 2014 Manager Draft, Bravo League selects one of last year's playoff contenders in Hardwarebeer [FIN] and the local endangered flightless bird, Kiwi.

With the 18th and 19th selections of the 2014 Manager Draft, Alpha League reunites Skippy with his 2013 division rivals, (IO) SA and Beef915.

The fat kid beckons....
 
With the twentieth and twenty-first selections of the 2014 Manager Draft, Bravo league selects Joe_the_plumber and Silent Drifter!

The Bravo League front office also submitted a last-minute trade offer to Alpha's Commissioner regarding their public interest in acquiring Kiwi, in hopes of securing Q-Tip. ;)
 
Bravo league's trade offer is respectfully declined by Alpha league, due to the latter feeling that they had spent much more on the 2nd overall pick compared to the 17th overall pick.

BaCkStAb!, who made the playoffs in 2013 and 2011 only to be eliminated in the quarter-finals on both occasions, is selected by Alpha league as Mr. (Team) Irrelevant.

All 24 teams have now been assigned to the 2 leagues, and email invitations will be sent out shortly.
 
This was odd. Could have organised them by who could make what day so we have fuller drafting sessions, but whatever lol. Prepare to get smashed by the flukey British FF god,
League Bravo.
 
It wasn't meant to be anything but an amusing way of determining who was in what league rather than just dice rolls. As far as date goes, one league or the other can always move if there's a major conflict.
 
That was fun to read:) I cant figure the strategy. On the one hand, SKippy wants to win his league, but on the other he wants his champion (me) to beat Dangle's champion. With Efren in the other league I have a chance. I consider IO(SA) and Skippy my toughest challengers. But I may be wrong ...

BTW, can we have a realism match to see which league has home field advantage?

so with a 12 man league, I assume we will be back to 2 RB's, correct? And a more normalized scoring system?

That is correct. Here are the 15 roster positions, pretty standard stuff:

QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN
 
Happy 4th of July, people! Just a quick reminder to register your teams for your respective leagues, now that the leagues have been determined. Check my original post in this thread for updates on who still needs to register their teams. The sooner we get this done, the sooner we can get our dice rolls started!
 
Wait, I'm confused. I was gone on work for three weeks and the world has been flipped upside down. I see that we split into two leagues but I didn't receive an invite to join the new league.

Yep things have changed a little. I re-sent your invite for the Bravo league, to your [email protected] email address. Let me know if you still don't see it.
