Abusive Players

My boyfriend was playing on the 24/7 dustbowl server, he told me that a (e) member was not being nice to other players. His team was 5 to 0, which means they were winning. I have always enjoyed my time on eGo servers because everyone is friendly to one another. I'm not sure how the clan handles abusive players, but I would hate to see someone giving a bad name to this clan. So I'm just wondering how do you guys handle situations like these?

He also told me he could not remember his name. While he was telling people to follow the not swearing rule, he broke the first rule on the server. "Be decent, respectful, and responsible."

We try to be very aggressive about handling problems, especially when our members are involved. I would suggest that your boyfriend send the details that he can remember (server, date, time, who else was on, etc.) to the eGO Council by using the Contact Us page, and I'm sure he'll receive an adequate response to the event.

The conversation was on voice chat, and he couldn't remember other names on the server. I don't expect to have anything done to the guy, but I really hope someone like that doesn't give others the wrong idea of eGO.

If you can get a name then send me a pm , otherwise dont make accusations if you cant remember the name. It just wastes your time and ours, and I dont mean that in a disrespectful way. We cant do anything without a timeframe and at least a name, next time remember their names and it will be taken care of.
