Battlefield 4 Quick Question

What do I do if I see someone disrupting game play and breaking several rules on our bf server? Can I report him somehow? If someone can do something about it, his username was AngryAsianBomber. Reason: c4 ing own team's helis, teamkilling and racist comments (Temporary Ban perhaps?)
