JAIL server is Vanilla right now. We will be taking everyone's suggestions and see what we can do to make it a server you want ot play in.

needs some plugins. 1-2 ct-t ratio isn't enforced right now, and cts can't talk to the ts unless sv_alltalk is enabled. Not sure if that setting will persist through a map change.
