With the unfortunate news of C-WHiT stepping down, we've lost a great friend, a great leader, and an all around great guy. C-WHiT will be missed. He greatly helped guide this division in the right direction for the longest time and always kept his cool. Hopefully he will stick around a bit and play some games with us (you better C-WHiT!), but he has done more than enough for us and deserves his time to himself now.

With that said, we have gained yet another great leader to take his place. Ric, the previous Division Leader has stepped into the Community Manager position and I'm sure he'll do a great job just like our previous leader. I honestly couldn't see anyone else fit for the job more than Ric as a new replacement. I know he'll continue to head our division in a positive direction and we'll still be the close-knit group we've always been.

Let's not feel sad over the loss of a great leader, but rather remember him for all his contributions and expertise, not to mention being just a good friend. C-WHiT, thank you for everything you've done over the years, may you be successful in your endeavors and we hope to see you again one day.

We will continue to move forward as a division like we always have, and Ric will assume the mantle now. I have no doubt we will thrive under his leadership and guidance. So to end on a good note, thank you Ric for everything you've done up until now, you have earned this position and I know you'll be a fine Community Manager. Congratulations.

Ric, what can I say? It's a shame that it's under these circumstances you are advancing, but you've certainly done a lot for EdgeGamers and a lot for its members, both within eGO and in general. I'm not the only one who you've taken the time to sit down with and counsel, help, consult with, and give guidance to, far above and beyond expectations. Congratulations on your promotion, and I'm sure you'll continue to do amazing things for years to come.
