increased ping

Was informed to make one here as i've been having issues far as a ping difference inside the dust 2 server. I have had 80 ping in there the most for the past year playing in there. Now the past week its been 140+ ping and i don't understand why. I figured maybe it was just me.. But then I went to like 20 other servers and not a single issue. If anyone could throw me any ideas on why this would happen just in that server that would be awsome thanks!

before I can know fully what is wrong, Have you done the following?
SpeedTest.
Ping between you and the server?

before I can know fully what is wrong, Have you done the following?
SpeedTest.
Ping between you and the server?

Speed test won't show anything really. I feel like it's his network between the server and his ISP. I've had this issue before as well and the only thing I can tell you is give it a week or two, they may have some maintenance somewhere on the major lines that are bottle necking the network.
