First and foremost: Sun Sep 28 6:00pm EDT is the DRAFT DATE
The Draft Order will be determined in a DOD:S Draft Order Event. The order will be determined on Friday, September 26th at 8:00pm EDT.
We will determine the draft through a mini-game.
Round 1: All players join axis. Friendly fire is turned ON. We get in a large circle and do a count down - once the round is live we try and kill each other. The final player alive gets 1st overall pick.
Round 2: The 11 remaining players get in another circle and repeat, the remaining player gets 2nd overall.
Repeat until you have a 1 v 1 for players who are fighting for 11th and 12th overall picks.
The draft will work as a snake draft, by that I mean the order will go Round 1 of draft: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 Round 2 of draft: 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Round 3 of draft: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.... so on and so forth
If a player(s) is unable to attend the Draft Order Event those players will be placed at the end in a group and I will randomize that groups. Example: 3 players do not attend, so the event will determine places 1-9 and places 10-12 will be determined via random draw for the remaining players.
