If you're referring to NVIDIA GeForce Experience..from personal experience with the program, I wouldn't recommend using it as it caused more problems then helped - BSOD's mostly.Razer has a game booster that could work and if you got a nvidia graphics launch card CS:GO from Nvidia Experience and turn off V-Sync
Try running the game on its lowest settings. If this doesn't help, you may need to purchase a new processor/graphics card.
Surrender! :lol:if your cpu is what is bottlenecking your pc, then add -lv to your launch options, this will enable low violence mode, which disables ragdolls and removes blood splatters.
