Tech Help Need help bad

i am totaly lost all of a sudden got lil videos popping up on battle log and server pages and my pop up blocker is on and still getting pop ups any one have any ideas what i can do to fix this probllem?

Well, what browser are you using? If you are using Chrome, you might want to check your extensions. If it is an adware, then you will not be able to delete it from the browser, you will have to go manually delete it from the extensions folder in chrome.

If it is Chrome and adware, you will want to do the following:
1) Go to your extensions in the settings area
2) Find any suspicious extensions/plugins that you did not install yourself.
3) Go into developer mode (there is a little check-box up in the right hand corner)
4) Find and either write down/remember its ID.
5) Open C:\Documents and Settings\*UserName*\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions
6) Find the ID of the extension in there.
7) Delete the folder
8) Restart/Open the Browser, should be fine.
9) If not, you have a different issue.

Aww wish i had seen this earlier i would have had you scan for pups with adware cleaner as well as malware bytes. Definately sounded like some sort of popup spyware.

still have pop up from a thing called pic color and tried to delete it from programs and says deleted but still there any thing else i need to do?

And as an idea, just look in your program files X86 and X64 for the program and see if it is still there. If it isn't, look in your web brouser, it almost has to be one of those locations.

Yeah still there its called PicColor it shows was installed same day i reformatted and tried to delete though control panel and says to big to delete and in programs same thing when i try to delete.when is ggod time to catch you on TS? i work nights 11pm-7am ohio time home about 8 am every am ill check this in am.

As i told ya in the pm earlier mate We will probably need to use a removal utility. It sounds like a website or something you installed is installing this software as a rouge part of it. When we meet in teamspeak on this we should try and figure out what that software is as well. This is a third party spyware program.
