Since Priate > Ninjas the game must favor priates so.... god mode for pirates end of story!!

or someone make blue team ninja costume skins and red pirate skins

Demo would not only make a good pirate because of his eye patch, but also his grenade launcher is kinda like a hand-held cannon and his grenades are his cannonballs. So there's even more reason for demo being a pirate.

I'm a ninja, I like spy !alien. And if demo will be the only pirate then spy will be okay goin' ninja alone without the scout.

The pirate class should be mixed, seeing the affinity the pirates have for any race, so tough scallywag who plunders the sea could be a pirate. However, I agree that the main class would be demomen and pyros, maybe a heavy as the captain and one medic as the 'cook'. The ninja class need not be diverse. They're ninjas.
