Since this the tech help forum I am sure there are some of you that are in the IT field. Captain Obvious :lol: Just wondering if anyone knows of a good non cloud base HelpDesk/Ticketing Software.

In that case I will suggest you to try Vision Helpdesk, its available in download version as well. I guess thats what you are looking for.

Not sure of Remedy has graduated into the cloud, but I have heard positive things about their mobile software. Pretty sure hat it can be deployed without using any cloud features.
