It's crunch time, folks. Time to go big or go home. Yep, this is the FINAL week of the regular season and a few playoff spots are still up for grabs.

Alpha league standings after week 12

  • DVS_Mind, BaCkStAb, and Zer0 have already clinched, leaving 3 open playoff spots available.
  • IV Play and Skippy's destinies are in their own hands, a win for either of them guarantees a playoff spot. And win one of them will, as they play each other in Week 13, with Skippy being the early 20-point dog (pun intended). The losing team from this match still has a good chance to make the playoffs however, as all they would have to do is top the winning 6-6 team/s' (see next bullet) total points scored throughout the season as the first tie-breaker.
  • Sitting at 6-6, Qtip, BeeF, KIWI, MatzWhatz, and Dodgy are next in line in terms of playoff qualification hopes. They have to win and win big, in order to leapfrog the loser of the Skippy-IV Play matchup.
  • An extreme long-shot, Dr. Havok still has a mathematical chance to qualify. He needs to win HUGE, and hope that all the 6-6 teams lose. Certainly unlikely to squeak into the playoffs, but never say never.

Bravo league standings after week 12

  • Sprucewayne, crom, and Terror have already clinched, leaving 3 open playoff spots available.
  • (IO) SA and tomi87, both sitting at 7-5, are in if they win. Both have tricky matchups, however, against Efren and crom, respectively.
  • At 6-6, both Efren and Tumblin have 50-50 chances of making the playoffs. They each have to win and hope that the result of other matchups fall their way.
  • The extreme longshots in this division are Rogue9 and Wewo, both 5-7. Similar to Dr. Havok in Alpha, each of these teams would have to win huge and then pray for a miracle in order to make the playoffs.

Well based on the matchups our players have, the odds certainly don't look to be in my favor. Even if I lose, I just hope to score enough points to squeeze into the playoffs perhaps.
 
ya you never know though. Last week I was projected to easily win in my other two leagues and I got stomped in both of them. Guess thats what makes it fun! Good luck (kind of) haha

Just based on eyeballing the pre-MNF results for week 13, this looks to be the playoff situation --

Alpha league
  • In for sure: BaCkStAb (1st round bye), Zer0 (1st round bye), DVS_Mind, IV Play
  • Probably in: Skippy
  • Last place goes to: Either Qtip or KIWI (right now KIWI, unless McFadden scores 20+ points for Qtip on MNF)

Bravo league
  • In for sure: crom (1st round bye), Sprucewayne (1st round bye), Terror
  • Probably in: Tumblin, tomi87, (IO) SA [Efren may beat (IO) SA to fall into a 4-way tie with this group at 7-6, but looks to have the least total points scored during the season as the first tie-breaker].
 
And we're all set for the playoffs --

After 5 seasons this is the closest I've gotten to the championship. Already lost in my other league tho :(
