Within the past few months, the CS division has seen a great amount of growth take place. Last month we welcomed 61 new recruits into the CS division, and at the time of this post being written, 41 players have joined us as we expand our empire further into CS:GO!
With the amount of new players joining, changes have been made to the Recruitment program for the better!
Here are the following changes:
With these changes, we'll need extra help in the Recruiting program! If you're interested in becoming a Recruitment Coordinator, shoot me a message! The requirements for being an RC is you must be at least ranked eG or eGO and be a friendly person!
Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities:
With the amount of new players joining, changes have been made to the Recruitment program for the better!
Here are the following changes:
- Recruitment drives will take place twice a month. One on the first week of the month, and on the third week of the month, and will remain on Tuesdays until further notice.
- Monthly contests that will be discussed and worked on with our Recruitment Coordinators.
- Frequent recruitment classes to ensure all of our divisional members know how to properly recruit
- A bigger focus on recruiting players into eGO, and making friends.

Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities:
- First and foremost, BE PERSONABLE.
- Have fun! This isn't a job, but rather a great way to make new friends.
- Help coordinate fun contests and events with the RC team that positively affect Recruiting!
- Be able to host Recruitment Drives on Tuesdays at 9 PM EDT
- Be an active recruiter! (Your recruiting numbers don't matter, but your recruiting attempts are appreciated and noticed!)
