Thanks for all the hard work you've put in. It's always uplifting to see someone who fits a role well and handles their tasks without hesitation. Your stepping down when you knew you couldn't provide full attention to your advisor responsibilities speaks volumes about your integrity. I think you'll find it's much more relaxing and fun (again) to take a back seat while you game. Hope to see you around again once things slow down for you.
