Counter-Strike: Source AFKs

AFKs are a constant problem on the, eGo CS:S 24/7 Italy server. I understand stepping away for maybe 2-3 rounds but when you have people gone any longer than that, its kind of ridiculous. Especially when you have 2-3 AFKs in game, sometimes on one team, and that causes that team usually to lose, until they return.

So is there a AFK mod that could possibly be placed on the Source Italy server? I've seen them on other servers, so I know they exist, and I know your TF2 server has it on as well.

Just a thought.

Such an addition would be something leadership would have to discuss. Making a suggestion in the Dropbox is a better way to contact leadership with server suggestions.

That out of the way, have you tried contacting the admins via cross-server admin chat/teamspeak to see if any would join to switch afks?
In team chat, put a & followed by your message. It will send a message to admins on any of the cs:s or cs:go servers.

Joined italy a few minutes ago to make sure things were running smoothly and didn't notice any afks at this time.

I thought I already had this on the server, just found out I only put it on Dust. Added the afk manager to Italy as well. Will move to spec after 15 min of inactivity.

It took us a lot of testing to get it there as its not as straight forward as you would think. Works good for dust, so we will leave for now.

I don't appreciate joking around when its in ways such as this, which are intentionally provoking and borderline offensive.
