I'm assuming you're referring to the points on GameMe?
If so, it's based off capping the flags (IE Fountain on Avalanche, Church on Anzio, Bridge on Kalt, First/Second flags, etc).
From what I can tell, and I may be wrong on the player/team point combo, you get 6 player/self points if
You capture the point, and 1 extra/bonus Team point as well (7 points total if you capture it). If someone else on your team captures a point, then you just get the 1 team point.
The same situation/amount of points for when a capture is blocked, or when you or someone on your team stops the capture meter by being in the flag/capture zone - 6 points if You block it + the 1 team point, or just the 1 team point if someone on your team blocks a flag capture.
If it's the round winning capture, you get 5 additional team points.
EDIT: Looks like it's the same for Bomb plants/defuses as well, and an additional 2 player/self points if you kill someone planting a bomb.
