Dont know if eGO may end up creating a Corporation or not but I am currently lost in this game, just released Alpha 2.0 with 2.1 coming out before Christmas.

eGO already has an organization in Star Citizen; just not an official division or game discussion yet.

It's pretty dead right now, but it'll probably be more active when the game progresses more.
That said, I applied to get in but nobody appears to go online to accept them since the organization is so small.
