AGP or PCIe?

Oh god, PCIe hands down.

With the new card though you have to keep in mind the generation of the PCIe on your MoBo, I think it was already stated but if you try running PCIe 2 on a PCIe 2 MoBo you will be disappointed. I had upgraded my bro's vid card from an NV GeF6600 PCIe to an ATI HD2600 PRO PCIe and the performance got worse in vista. The reason wasn't because of vista or the video card, it was because of the generational differences between the MoBo and the video card. Once he upgrades the MoBo it will dramatically increase the performance.

There is no comparison save the PCIe cards are much faster. AGP is still around because many of us, myself included, are still running off of older AGP motherboards and are putting off upgrading since it will for many of us require new ram and processor as well.
