Steam issue.

So is anyone else having issues with steam? Not being able to buy things/being logged in but not able to see your wishlist.

im even seeing someone else's wishlist on my account

Mine is currently stuck in Russian. I'm really unsure why.

But yes, it currently is down. Steam Community just went offline.

Just going to put in my findings and what you should follow:

Steam has been compromised by either an employee or other. You can see another persons payment info by clicking Account Details. Do not do this. If you have the mobile authentication service, you can remove your payment information and you should do this IMMEDIATELY. If you do not have this service, you are pretty much screwed. Do not sign-in or out of steam, just don't touch steam, if you can do everything from the mobile service. Do not buy any games! Remove your payment information if possible but otherwise do not touch anything

You should go check out the live thread on the Steam reddit, they have more reliable information. No personal information was actually stolen, people reporting money lost are just stoking the fire. It was a caching error, not a full out cyber infiltration.

Looks like everything is running solid now, hopefully no one had anything stolen or any information leaked.. Not the most ideal way to start the Christmas holidays...
