The loss of a great

He went out with a bang too, releasing his final album, Blackstar, on his birthday January 8th, 2 days before his passing.

We're living in a post-Bowie world and it sucks ★

This was some heartbreaking news to wake up too :(

he'll be missed than forgotten in time.

Bowie was one of, if not my favorite musician of the modern era and his loss is some of the sadness news I've seen in years. Was listening to his final album, Blackstar, all weekend along with his Berlin trilogy and it feels heartbreaking to know such a genius has departed us. However, instead of dwelling in sadness, we should honor his legacy and see to it that his name is never forgotten.

Rock. In. Piece. David Bowie (January 8th, 1947 - January 10th, 2016)

Put on your red shoes and dance the blues in his honor.

Yeah Right, Well I'm sure he lived a pretty darn good life.

I'm very musically inclined and his music was something I always grew up with, as my parents enjoyed it a lot, and I explored his work more growing up. So it was definitely a part of my life.

I think this is my favorite on screen appearance of David Bowie:
