I think it is cool too but how do people make them? ihear potoshop but what size canvas? Also how do you get effects? I have so much to learn with photoshop

The first thing you'll likely want is Gmod, that'll let you bring up all manners of fun characters to mess with. Second, yeah, photoshop... if you want a good example of the size, you can always check the properties of one you like the size of.
