Ultimate Soldier II Official Rules & Regulations
Tournament play begins February 20th, 2016 at 1:00pm CST and ends February 20th, 2016 at 4:00pm CST. (2-5 PM EST)

How to enter:
(a) Register & verify an account with EdgeGamers through the links above.
(b) On the day of the tournament, February 20th between 1:00pm - 4:00pm (CST), join one of our official Ultimate Soldier II tournament servers.
The Server IPs will be posted on the forums before the event. You will also be able to search for them with =(eGO)= in the server browser

Tournament Rules:
By participating in the tournament, participant agrees to be bound by these official rules and regulations. All decisions of EdgeGamers staff are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this tournament.
(a) One entry per user. Using multiple accounts will result in disqualification.
(b) No explicit language or rude behavior in any way. All basic server rules listed in the EdgeGamers Code of Conduct apply.
(c) This is a solo entry class restricted tournament where Soldiers are permitted.
(d) Event will be played on our official Ultimate Soldiers II tournament servers hosted by EdgeGamers sponsor End of Reality. Stats will be tracked globally and shared between servers. Players are free to leave and rejoin the servers at any time.
(e) All players must not have names that contain; racism, sexism, vulgarity, drug references, and names cannot demean any other players or officials.
(f) Every participant who enters will be playing the same maps, no matter what server they join.
(g) There will be no clan tags or personal tags permitted in the event.
(h) The Tournament rules are subject to change at any time. If any changes to the rules occur, you will be notified through the official EdgeGamers forums.
Judging:
Any points you receive during gameplay will all be tracked between the servers. The top three competitors with the most points at the end of the tournament will named winners of the tournament.
In the event of a tie, the tying participants will have a five minute playoff. The player with the higher overall score will be named the victor.
Winners are to be announced on EdgeGamers website by the end of the day on Feb 20th.
Prizes:
Cooler Master Eisberg 240L Prestige Water Cooler
EdgeGamers reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value in the event all or part of a prize set forth above becomes unavailable. No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is available. Due to costs of shipping and customs fees, winners located outside the United States may have their prize substituted for a gift card of equal or lesser value. Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from EdgeGamers, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Decisions of EdgeGamers and it's staff are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this event. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted by email within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Potential prize winner(s) and their parents/legal guardians may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release within 30 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. EdgeGamers Organization, at its sole discretion, shall reserve the right to disqualify any participant from this event if it reasonably believes that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the event by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other participants, EdgeGamers members and affiliates.
Use of Winner's Name & Information:
By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EdgeGamers and their members and sponsors, to use the entrant's name, information, scores, statements, and submitted material for broadcast and promotional purposes in connection with the tournament.
Limitations of Liability:
By entering, entrants agree to release EdgeGamers and their officials and members and sponsors from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the tournament or their receipt or use of the tournament prize.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this tournament, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorney's fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this tournament are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
Disclaimer:
EdgeGamers will not be held responsible if for any reason the Tournament is not capable of running or operating as planned due to infection by computer virus, fraud, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or force majeure that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Tournament. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Tournament, as solely determined by Sponsor, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or postpone the Tournament until a later date. Sponsor assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or other failure of or related to the software platform on which the Tournament is played, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Tournament. Offer void where prohibited.

Administrative Notes:
EdgeGamers staff will be monitoring official tournament servers during gameplay. In the event that a staff member is needed, players should join our official TeamSpeak server. Staff will be marked with a [TF2 STAFF] tag, in the official Ultimate of Soldiers II rooms.
Admins do have the right to disqualify a player from the event based on negative or demeaning behavior, or any other breakage of the rules.
The results will be finalized by Community Managers and released to the public. The winning participants will have 15 days to come forward to claim their prize. If after 15 days the winners have not come forward, they forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be picked based on their ranking score. Alternate winner will be next in the participant next in line, determined by score.
