Help Making a Map, Need Texture Help

I am making a basketball stadium map for the eGO Garry's Mod TTT server, and I need some help. Making a basketball stadium will require some special textures, and I lack the knowledge to make good textures. Is there anybody that would be willing to help me with textures on this project?

I guess what I said before didn't clearly state my point. I need somebody who is good at digital art that for example if I were to ask to make a basketball court image 1024 by 514 they could do it. No map making or texture converting experience needed, just somebody good at digital art.

All you need is the image size changed, and then just saved as png or jpg. Right? I am alright with photoshop also, so if you need any part of the image change I may be able to do that, if I am understanding this correct.
