After watching this and looking into the various forums. I am cautiously optimistic that some of the issues will be addressed within the short term and even more in a couple weeks when client patch 1.2 hits which should solve some of the client side exploits. They did for the first time verbally promise that the hacker situation was being addressed and we would notice a sizeable difference soon. I got the impression they were comparing the reports system and video reports by users and the real time tracking data (which to be fair does take time) and that ban waves would start very soon.
