As of right now, esea is in its off season, so for beginning players that need help or want to improve, I'm willing to watch a demo or two of you playing and point out some tips that may help your aim, or just help you in general. If you'd like for me to watch your demos, just add me on my steam profile, tell me what you need help with, and I'll try my best to help!
Just some general tips if you need some.
This map will warm up your aim, I recommend if you're committed to getting better, you practice "1-Taps" for at least 20-30 minutes everyday if possible.

This next map is to warm up your reaction time, as I warm up on it for at least 20 minutes everyday, I recommend you do as well.

My warm ups take around an hour of my day to play at my best potential, but you wont always be consistent, as some days your aim will be better then others, so to up your consistency play as much death-match or these warm up maps as possible to play at your best everyday.
Next, to improve your movement in the game, which can be vital to getting that last second defuse, I recommend playing on KZ and B-Hop servers, as this may help things such as how long it takes to rotate from site to site, and even moving through obstacles on the bomb site.
My next way to improve competitive gameplay is using your grenades, as I see a lot of people still having a full grenade inventory at the end of rounds, grenades are very vital to opening the bomb sites, whether it be smoking the site not to be shot at, or mollying out a certain position to flush out the enemy. There are many maps created by the community for smoke placements, flashbang and molly grenade placements, I recommend you play around with these maps and learn smoke placements for later gameplay.

My last way to improve is to watch better players play, such as adreN, I learned how to play the game from CS from his stand point, as I believe adreN is the smartest mind of NA. Find his videos here
