Just wondering if it happens to other players but "seeing" sprays are very hit and miss with me.
I can only spray in certain parts of the map as well.

Is it a Dods thing?

I had issues seeing them as well. Try these in your autoexec.cfg file for DoD:S and it should help, it did for me

r_decals 2048
mp_decals 2048
cl_playerspraydisable 0
r_spray_lifetime 2
decalfrequency 10
cl_allowdownload 1
cl_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1

You can also just plug it into console instead of autoexec, and then type host_writeconfig when you finish putting them all in.

I've had the same issue..more so the past couple months. Not sure if either a windows update or game/Steam update may have caused it, but normally haven't had it be an issue.

Either way, for me usually what fixes it is either rejoining the server, or restarting the entire game.
