[I SURVIVED LONDON BLITZ]

I would like to congratulate EGO for the 10 years and I would like to say thank you to all of the ego members who have helped me in the last 8 years I have been a member. I look forward to spending a lot more years with in EGO.

[Ronald Mac SPRAY]

Whether they led a company or a country, history's best leaders understood the importance of providing the motivation and direction to achieve larger goals. Poor leaders lose the faith and trust of the people they lead, while great leaders seem to lead without effort. The character, actions and thoughts of a leader, good or bad, permeate an organization.EGO demonstrates the best qualities of a leaders while encouraging the same from those who follow them....Congradulations eGO..."10 Years Of Excellence"....
