Were good now, what happened was that it turned out the lady we bought the house from, was selling it because she wanted to get out of a foreclosure from the bank, if she sold it, it wouldnt undergo foreclosure, but when we bought it the bank wasn't notified of the selling so it went under foreclosure, them thinking the house was abandoned, us thinking we just bought a house, so the house was put up for auction and some dude bought it, we worked it out and the man is willing to sell us the house, so its now ours
