If I do call in sick from work, I probably end up playing games or something if I'm not like 100% bedridden. Never intentionally though. They do pay me slightly more than sitting around playing games earns me.

No. Gaming is purely a recreational activity for me (filthy casual) and I enjoy what I do more than I enjoy gaming.

It must've been easily 10-13 years ago I acted ill in school so I could get sent home- so I could go home to play some Medal of Honor (Vanguard?) on the PS2... The one and only time! XD

Nope always put work first as it is what pays my bills. In fact at the end of august will be 7 years with this company and i have only ever called in sick once because I was actually sick as a dog.

Never. Parent's would've never allowed me to when I was a kid lol. I didn't even play games when I was sick. Gaming, for me, isn't fun sick. Especially since I play competitively in CSGO and League.
