Exile is a very good mod for Arma 3. I love playing Exile compared to vanilla Arma. But it also depends on which mods / scripts you are running, and maps. Chernarus Exile runs very smooth with very decent frames cause its an Arma 2 map. Tanoa Exile is good, but a lot of the servers that run exile with tanoa, have to many mods running, which bog down server performance. If a Exile server were to pop up, id happily play it!

For mods, I use A3 Launcher. You can filter servers based off of a certain mod, for example Exile. A3 Launcher uses the steam workshop to download most mods that are available thru steam. If you find server that you want to play, click on the download button and it will download the mods needed for that specific server.

Most common mods are CBA, RHS, Exile, WS - maps, weapons, and vehicles.
