Announcement CT Area Or Not?

Is the area above cellblock a ct area on jb_clouds? Not going to say my opinion on it but some other people were having a argument about this and I just want to know so I can resolve any arguments that take place in the future.

Any elevated areas that are made for Guards to lookout.

From the jail rulebook in the restricted areas section ^

CT's go up above cell block on clouds sometimes to look out to the prisoners, so yes it can be considered a restricted area

I think it depends on the map. some are connected to the ct area without a guardrail between them and others do. So how I think of it is if its connected without a guardrail to a ct area its a ct area, but if there is a guardrail then I wouldn't think of it as a ct area because there is something there to hinder the T from trying to get the cts. That's my opinion which I know may be wrong.

They generally are not, but depends on the map. The design intent of a disco booth is to stop and start music. CT areas are areas designed for guards only, generally to have an overwatch on the prisoners. The purpose of the booth isn't to provide overwatch, at least that's what I feel. It's why the booth on all of my maps are not CT areas.

The rules are intentionally vague to allow room for common sense admining. You should know this Mr. AT. The non-admin, not so much.
