Hey guys! I know there have been a lot of inquiries about being an admin and all, so I apologize in advanced.

NOTE: I AM NOT ASKING TO BE AN ADMIN!!!

I was just wondering about the need for teamspeak. I usually play really late, so I'm not able to speak. Therefore, I can't really use teamspeak. Does this mean that I'll never be an admin, simply because I don't use teamspeak? Or is teamspeak just a helpful tool to get connected to other eGO members? Thanks! :thumbup:

Of course not! Admin is gained in many ways which I'm pretty sure you have asked about before. TeamSpeak is a great way to get noticed because Leadership is always there and others! TeamSpeak is where you make friends and have fun

This. Its impossible for us to watch everyone on all of our servers at once, but when you consistently get into team speak it lets us in leadership get to know you better.

That being said, it is not a requirement for admin.

Time to upgrade your machine a little bit! Or play with some settings. I've got a MacBook and dont have this issue

Are there any settings for TS3? Lol... all my settings are on low and when TS is running there is usually 10-20 fps drop from the already 50 fps Max XD

Btw probably gonna delay this whole new computer thing til 2017 x.x

TS should not be overly resource intensive! How odd. What Mac model are you running? Give me a shout some time and we can see what we can figure out

Back in the day, I got my G by attending lots of events. Never joined teamspeak, still don't. Just isn't for me. I make my friends in the jail server, not in the rowdy teamspeak. Only you can determine how helpful teamspeak is going to be for you.

Got a MacBook Air as a Christmas present for starting middle school a few years back. Not sure why, but I still use it cuz it's the only thing I can use.
But ever since the 64 update for Mac is just seemed to mess up things. On several maps when I look in one specific area, I will literally get only 10 fps. When I don't look there, I get 40-50 fps. My resolution got screwed, too. The screen used to be stretched out across the home screen, but now there are black bars on the sides. I'm kinda liking this anyway tho

Ahh its a very early model one, they don't have a ton of power. I'll look into some settings you might be able to tweak to sneak some power out of it

Well honestly speaking I'm aiming to be admin in source. I tried going to team speak from time to time. But I don't see any other people there.

And I don't really mind talking to other people, I do enjoy good conversations and meeting new people.
