Tech Help Can't message specific user

Not sure if this is the best place to put this, but on this site, there is one user I cannot message. We use to message a lot, but for some reason I can no longer message AngelsKing. Whenever I try to send a message, it says I can only send on message every 60 seconds, and when I check in my sent items, it never sent. He can still message me just fine however.

Be sure that neither of yours or his' mail capacity are full.

Also as far as the 60 second thing - that may be due to accidentally double-clicking the send button on accident, or clicking it a 2nd time while it's trying to send it.

And it it doesn't get sorted out, you could always use LINE or something
Unless one of your boxes are full, there shouldn't be a problem.
