Thanks for all the kind words guys, I apologize if my first post was a bit long-winded, but ever since I got here whenever a DL/CM for TF2 stepped down the members never seemed to get a concrete reason why, so I didn't want to do that.

Your LE team is moving on nicely, they already figured out they don't need my approval for promotions any more! And my fellow eGOs are giving me the whole "You're not my boss!" spiel now (Though some did that before coughgerbilcough).

Also I guess thanks? to the creative souls who are so skilled at PS in this thread.

I'm pretty sure I'm still your boss.

Being part of any leadership will always be a task but I've always told myself that being anything leadership related online can be especially difficult at times. The internet is a world which reflects upon the real world. There will always be people with vast opinions and it takes a lot of effort to understand and acknowledge everyone's beliefs without having a biased opinion of your own. It always is hard to step down from anything but I think the act of stepping down while notifying your division just shows how great of a leader you were even though I'm not involved with eGO as much I was in the past and don't recall all the younger members from my generation.

TF2 division was my "home" division when I joined and years have passed with different leadership members, but the one thing I'll truly stick to my guns after all the years is how close this division can be with its members.
