Just really DICE, first you make a terrible auto-balance mechanic and now you're removing our ability to customize and admin servers...just really.

Yikes. Let's hope they rethink these things before they release the game, or they might lose a lot of support on PC over time, similar to how COD games seem to go.

This will make it hard to justify paying those big server fees that's for sure.

Ever since playing COD like that...um....I really would rather not, should be interesting

If they do it like that, I certainly wont be buying the game. The number of hackers and the lack of ability to make a community without admin tools is brutal. I'll pass on that gameplay experience.

This game is starting to disappoint me more a more every day.

From what I heard, there will be some proprietary, DICE developed admin system implemented into the backend. Which means that it will have about 30% of the functionality and tools that CON has.

i dont see any reason why they wont have kick ban admin rights and other basics for server rentals.

lets not lose our minds on speculation, rumours and maybe's before we see what is implemented based on a video with almost nothing concrete but trying to tie loose bullet points from a beta together into a storyboard. If there is not procon or Rcon and they implement some other system internally that still allows kick bans and server admin messages and customization thats web based than its a change that just has to be adapted to. But saying its not going to be this or not going to be that before we see anything is pure speculation and nothing more.

just because they dont have what some people are used to doesnt mean they wont have something reasonably decent either. It MAY not have all the functionality of Rcon day 1 but that also doesnt mean community feedback wont change those options as well if things have to be added.

Things never move forward if people arent willing to move the line forward to new territory.
