[poll] Murderball Map

Since last night I went to Medieval Times for the first time I noticed the different color nights and it reminded me of the map Murderball from TFC. I always loved playing that map it was always fun especially when you had like a 32 server. Anyway I just wish that there was a Murderball map for TF2 but i doubt there will ever be. Just wondering anyone else's thoughts or suggestions or possible creations on the map...

I definitely think a TF2 version of murderball would be absolutely awesome to the gaming world and especially to our servers...

Only thing with murderball is that it was a 4 team map. There is no 3rd or 4th team written in code for TF2, so the map would not be possible for remake. Would be cool if there were still a green and yellow team option though

well with an update or so they could add yellow or green teams... I forgot to add also escort missions would be pretty cool...

Oh man I loved the_hunted. That map was AWESOME! They actually do have code for that in the game, but they gave up on the concept. The Civilian model is in fact loaded into the game and you can actually be a civilian (scout skin cept no weapons and slow), but it is just a big waste of time, so I won't go into detail on how to do it

But yeah I do miss the FFA 1v1v1v1 maps. Those were the greatest. Nothin like runnin around with the soccer ball. And I LOVED the simpsons mod, where taking the soccer ball turned you into a huge homer simpson

I still prefer the original Quake TF Hunted map to the TFC remake, not sure why

That's good knowledge for future use, though. Imagine, for instance, a scenario where 16 civilians have to try to take down one heavy. That would rule. It would almost be a Frankenstein vs. the villagers concept.

There is a murderball map for TF2. I've played it. It's kind of fun, but not many grasp the concept.

I never played on Murderball, I really wish they would recreate it- it sounds awesome.

But this thread brings up an important question.... what colours COULD become teams?
