Battlefield 4 BF4 servers

Once the rush of BF1 settles down and we have a feel for where our BF4 servers are population wise, I recommend doing a DLC server for bf4. I've only ever mentioned this as a desire in teamspeak, so I thought I'd throw it out on the forum now that DLC maps are or have been free for a while. Thoughts?

We have tried this multiples times, and end up not working as its takes forever to fill the server.

Im pretty sure once we start renting bf1 servers we will only hold on to lockers since it's the most populated.

For as many people that I'm hearing that are not going to be getting BF1 I would hope we could at least hold on to Siege and maybe Conq Pop for a little longer? Other groups might have the same idea, but if we hold out our servers might be have more traffic then they do now.

The only server we have right now that doesn't require people idling it to get it going is lockers, in the end it all comes down to cost and servers aren't cheap.

So on this topic guys we have been talking about keeping 2-3 BF4 servers. Initially we were going to drop Metro. As of right now the servers that stay active as Duce said are Lockers full 24/7 and shanghai which fills quickly. Conquest and Metro stay empty for hours since bf1 has came out. We are not going to throw the towel in just yet and waiting to truly see how the server rental program goes for our bf1 members. Otherwise we can still keep going what we have. With the suggestion of the DLC maps we can do on our conquest pop maps server. As stated above since bf1 release all the dlc content was provided for free to players. I think we can run all the dlc modes with conquest maps or run a few maps each week or every few weeks. What does everyone think about giving it a try?

Where does it say bf1 dlc is going to free? I mean there maybe few maps which maybe free like community map.

Sorry i meant BF4 DLC was fully released to players not long back for free. We should open up the Conquest Server to All Maps Conquest
