We have a lot of threads right now about old members returning and that's awesome, but there are many of us that don't know these people and are almost silent in those threads because of that. Then I realized that there were probably quite a few in the same position as me.

So, I wanted to create a thread for our "newer" members. Let's introduce ourselves and say hello to each other and the older members who we really don't know yet and who don't know us.

Older members introduce yourself and let us know who you are. We don't follow all the in jokes yet, but I know we will make new ones with you as time goes on.

I will start (and be short because if you want more go read the AMA)

I've been in eGO just over 7 months; I joined just before Easter. I work with kids and have a dog who loves squeaky toys. I've played TF2 since December of 2007. Please don't feel weird calling me -=DUH=- it's a name with a lot of good memories attached to it.

Hello newer members, for those who don't know me I am Cutemetal. I've been around for about 6.5 years. Seen plenty of people come and go(including getting banned). Seen plenty of servers come and go for that matter. I was at one point a co-EC advisor then became the EC/AT advisor then just the AT advisor. I ran under the moniker of Drunkmetal as I only worked on weekends and drank all week. Plenty of good memories in this division and I'm hoping to make new ones with all these fresh young faces.

Hi, I'm Maserati, former Events Coordinator Advisor and all around Wisest of the Wise. I enjoy Blackmesa and Late Night Valve Maps Events.Nice to meet you all!. Here's the sparknotes to the TF2 Division to the best of my abilities.

1. When someone leaves and comes back, its customary to ask, "How much did your laptop cost?" and the reply is usually something silly.

2. Certain members (my seniors) were also in leadership and there was this "Fridge" see.... It was a great fridge, it was so beautiful, really. some of these members enjoyed to drink soo much.. (not saying whoo) that a fridge was put in---in the leadership room of all places. Karaoke nights usually showed the true drunks of the division.

3. Certain cat lords had crazy random crit abilities.

4. If a member named -spiDEY- shows up, thread instantly becomes a spiderman thread.

5. If you have a problem, PM Beta. (i dont know why,you just do)

6. We often blame certain members when things break and stuff.

7. We normally ask new members to check their sanity at the door.

8. Idol, he's the supreme banning authority, his jokes are usually bad. He once led a team called the Fast Ban Task Force.

9. Fullmetal is the cutest member of all eGO, or so its said. The amount of anime threads in the forums is proof.

10. If you see a heavy floating around trying to fist punch you, its most likely Mister Adam.

11. We dont forget about the "post yourself" thread.

12. If a member leaves, its customary to say "they always come back"

13. Steve in Blackmesa must be fed once a week, usually on Sundays. See he used to be fed 24/7, but he got too fat i guess.

14. An australian, a texan, a cat, a rabbit, a lawyer, a tanooki a volleyball and a drunk walk into the bar.. wait the drunk is already there! dammit rolo.

thats all i have for now i'm sure there will be more. before PZ asks, nope I'm not coming back. I'm happily retired. Time to let a new generation rise through the ranks.

Hi Duh,

I'm Bread. The old member returning. Originally my name was JeVoisTout, meaning I see everything in French but then I changed it to StormChaser.

I joined eGO in 2012 in June. I believe on the 18th, don't quote me. When I first joined I was kinda left in the shadows by my recruiter. That's when Kazoo, Wize, Goyan, and a few other members showed me how to TF2 Division. You two cute metal that's how I was able to keep posting anime here. That was about a couple of months before RXG so when everyone started leaving then. I wanted to follow my friend Believer who was a fellow Christian to that place. But I decided to stay to eventually be field promoted twice to the rank of O.

I decided to join Goyan's gang of misfits in the FFTF, I don't know if that's still a thing. Where we were dedicated to filling the servers, I believe that was in October. Again don't quote me please. After that Wize was starting up the Recruitment Hosts (RH... H!!!! WE HAD OUR THING BEFORE THE RC!) Anyway, so a while after doing that I believe I joined the ECs next then finally before Snow stepped down and Fullmetal took his spot I joined the AT program.

I was kind of a workaholic if you couldn't tell... I continued all 4 until roughly the end of my time. I left EC first cause I wanted to focus more on the AT program. then RH to just focus on AT and FFTF. Then I pretty much just resigned and then months later came back and did something stupid to have to wait to just a few days ago to return.

And for the inside joke of the price of my laptop. It was 613$ with i7 quad, 12gb ram and 1tb drive. I bought it as an 11.5in screen but they upgraded me to a full size >.>

And for the inside joke from when RXG was being founded and some people came back to the division.... Yes... Yes we always come back

I'm Adam, formally Mister Adam. If you don't know who I am, you've either been living under a rock or are new to EGO. This year marked 8 years I've been with EGO.

I've held every position imaginable in TF2, more recently I was the community manager for TF2. I am now tech and I mainly focus on TF2's issues. I've also spent 3/4 of my life in EGO as leadership and have had the privilege to work with some amazing individuals and some of EGO's finest leaders.

IRL, I am a Systems Administrator for a school district in Kansas and I enjoy it thoroughly. When I'm not at work, I like to play video games. More recently, I'm playing the CRAP out of Prison Architect and Battlefield 1.

Other than techy crap, I enjoy working on cars. I have 5 classics, all which are still in the project stage, some more than others. 69 Camaro, 62 Nova, 63 Nova, 73 Nova and 52 Studabaker Pickup. I belong to a car club in the city I live in, where I am vastly outnumbered by the tuner folks, but it's still fun.

If you have questions about EGO, new and old, I'm sure I can answer them. I've been around long enough to know most. If you send me a PM though, you must include Beta on said PM.

I'm Simon. Although I might have a DoD tag beside my name, I frequent the TF2 servers from time to time, and used to be fairly active in the division a few years back.

I'm a television student currently based out of Ontario (Canada). I enjoy anything geeky that involves button and wires, and am also very into cars (all of them! Cars, trucks, bikes).

I'm Rawburt, i started playing on eGO servers in late 2012 on the 2fort server. i joined a few months later, got promoted twice etc, held a captain position in the FFTF for a few months

started playing on egypt a lot in 2014 up until its unfortunate removal, of which i opposed strongly. after that, almost everyone i knew including leadership left.

i returned over the summer this year and i am once again enjoying all that this organization has to offer, and while all of my old buddies are gone, i have made new friends and now spend most of my gaming on the dustbowl server :)

outside of gaming, i live in florida, i have 2 cats and i love music :)

Hello everyone, my name is Pzycho, lots of people call me PZ as it is easier to say. I was recruited off the 2Fort server back on October 18, 2011. I have been on the FFTF, FCTF, EC Team, then EC Advisor and now DL. I live in Manitoba, Canada. Outside of video games, I like to drive around with friends, play hockey(on ice or floor hockey), Quad, and Snowmobile. If you have any questions feel free to add me on steam, or pm me on the forums.

I'm not part of the TF2 division, but my division has no interesting threads at the moment, so I'm posting here.

My name is Michael Bolton and I'm an American Pie addict. You will see that on all my profiles. The reason for it is because from the time I was 18 until I was 20, I had an American Pie marathon every Saturday morning starting at 9 AM until I finished American Reunion. I only care about the main series.

I am a GMod DL. During the times I didn't have a leadership rank next to my name, I was an RC, EC, (briefly) AT, and led the Server Filling team for GMod.

I like playing TF2 as a little break from GMod, so it's possible you'll see me around on occasion.

Hi, I'm Nix. I'm an old fart, apparently.

I used to play a lot of TF2. I worked my butt off trying to be the best sniper admin there ever was (I like to think I was for a small period in 2014). Now my gaming is mostly on hiatus due to my laptop being a potato.

IRL I'm frying my brain over college essays because I'm trying to be smart. Maybe I'll come back to TF2 if I buy a rig when I get into college.

I am freshmeathead, and I old and grumpy and I don't like you.

...that is, until my meds kick in.

My sons got me playing TF2 in 2010. I literally played only Black Mesa for about a year. I was recruited at the beginning of 2012 by DiZCo. I miss DiZCo :(

Since joining, I have had a few minor roles, but never leadership, until joining the Tech team this year. Also, I was the TF2 div member of the year for 2014. I still have no idea why.

Idol taught me how to ban, so if you ever need an admin to ban someone, give me a shout if I am online!

I really miss the 'no swearing rule'.
