Curse me for having "volunteered" for the book fair at the middle school this week! I'm just now home and eating dinner when I could have been playing the games I used to when I was a TF2 Spi!
Now is either the best time to do comp, or the worst time. It all depends on one thing:
Whether or not you have Sombra on your team, or the enemy team.
If Sombra is on your team, you are basically one player down. No one has had enough time to master her, to the point where she is viable in comp. She is a very technical hero.
If Sombra is on the enemy team, now they are a player down. This will be easy points for you.
With this said, is it worth the gamble to play comp? At the moment, I don't think it is.... I actually had a lot more typed, but it was turning into a huge rant, so I've removed it.

If you have to worry about things like that, you may not want to play comp in general
I'm competitive in nature, so I enjoy comp. I don't enjoy the players that refuse to change class, when it's clearly not working. I'm looking at you attack Junkrat.
