I've had the Razer Naga for about 2 years now and it's still alive and well. Has a lot of buttons that you can customize. Get it hooked up with Razer Synapse and it is useful to have those buttons. It's a bit bulky too so if you want a more streamlined one, I'd give the DeathAdder a go.

I agree with Dice's recommendation of the Zowie EC2-A! Zowie has become a pretty solid competitor in the periphal department

There are also a couple other high-end wired choices to consider that come with top-notch sensors, responsive buttons and solid hardware: the Nixeus REVEL (which doesn't utilize third-party software/drivers, if that's something that appeals to you), or the Logtech G Pro:

Mice are one of the few areas that I trust Razer in, so that would be a fine choice too (I can't recommend one specifically since they have so frickin' many of them that it really boils down to preference), though be aware that most Razer owners I know have complained that at least one button has died on them after a year or two.

I agree with this, just got my self one and it is probably my favorite mouse. I have used a redragonite perdition and a razor deathadder 2013 and both of those are good too. Out of the three thought I prefer the G502.
