Post# 62 asked to be placed in the BF1 and Fallout 4 drawings.

With how the new steam/origin works, keys are not given, and games are gifted to accounts. Since you already have CS:GO, you cannot be gifted a copy.

You do only if you are the purchaser. But as seen in this case, you can only "gift" to a person that does not have the game. Steam and Origin actually "grey" out person in you friends list that already have the game when you attempt to "gift" a game from your inventory.

Steam and Origin has changed its purchasing methods. That is why we posted upfront in the Donation thread:

Purchasing from third party resellers, you still can receive "keys", but risk them being bad, which is why they offer "insurance".
