Why IW?

I love that we have COD servers now, but why IW?

Many years ago we used to have a Call of Duty division that supported COD4 and World at War. The WaW servers died over time, and CoD4 thrived on for quite a while, but eventually with those types of games, it eventually came to an end. Great times, lots of fun, great division too. I miss playing Search and Destroy on weekend mornings

eGO does not currently have any Call of Duty servers running.

I'd be okay if they just made a game as good as CoD 4 was.
If they could go back to that level of dedication, their next game would be killer.

We already had a COD game set in WWII it was called Call of Duty World at War or know as COD5.

If i believe right we had Black Ops servers as well towards the end of the division. thats when i joined EGO.

I just became an Advisor for COD before we shut down. We did not have any Black Ops servers while the division was still going. We did have 2 COD4 servers and 1 WaW server. The WaW never lasted long. We had a crossfire server and the second was an event server/mixed modes

Good times were had on the Crossfire server...I can attest to this.

Actually.. we had several BO servers. We even had TWO dedicated Nuke Town servers, running nothing but Nuke Town 24/7...and they was always FULL.

We had 2 other servers that we would change around, depending on the flavor we wanted.

O..and.. BOO!

We even tried firing up a server again in 2015 with a lot of new and old CoD members interested, but it only lasted about 2 months

I think I heard that the new CoD game will have Dedicated Servers again? If this is true and eGO shows interest in supporting the game, I'll be sure to help out anyway that I can! (Granted that the game can hold peoples interest for longer than a month lol)

I am pretty sure you are the same Jake from when cod just started you join eGO I remember playing with an (e) Jake. Talking about seeing a few names from back then I just started playing games again on pc a year ago and came over here to see what games yall still had going on sad to see cod isnt one of them.

The game makers don't seem to care about PC players. We're hoping for better support with the new COD.
