There was no mention of not being able to find an admin in Teamspeak.


I have to agree with London, as a refresher, especially with the recent updated eGO policy, is always a good idea.

Im sick of it, some of u were in server when i came in and u left me alone in server with no help it pathetic, i get abused one of player asking me to kick someone AFK i told them i dont have power i keep @ asking for help but no one has respond it thank u very much for ignoring me my request need help in the server some were fighting and some AFK

A note of caution that bashing the admins isn't going to help you much, if at all.

Some admins might have the G/O tag but not have their admin status active due to not checking the forums recently.

Some people might have the admin tag, but not actually be an admin (haven't seen this very often on DoDS, but still a possibility)

And, as you mentioned, some admins also tend to go AFK or get caught in the moment while playing, and may overlook chat/admin requests.

Also, sometimes people call out AFKs, when they only just went AFK or are AFK for only a minute or so - I've seen this happen a number of times while playing on Avalanche.

..A lot of things are possible here.

If you're unable to get any type of response from a admin in the server, try looking for another admin that is online, or if needed, find a leadership member from another division as, if I recall correctly, most, if not all, of them have server-access.

In addition, if you notice an admin repeatedly not admining, report it to leadership. Members are promoted to admin rank because leadership expect them to admin the situations that come up while they are in server. That being said, though, sometimes certain situations come up where the admin doesn't know what to do and might be trying to find out the appropriate action to take.
