origin access

HELP origin access HELP

Ok i went and bought the Origin access and am able to DL certain games, (BUT)
as soon as it gets to the direct X it says there has been an error and has to close.

i mentioned this in TS and someone said something about a file folder can i get a lil help please?

so see alot of views just need to know what folder i need to fix to keep direct x from getting error every time i try to install a game

A few possible solutions I've found:

Possible Solution #1

Could you please try running the DirectX installation manually? You should be able to find the DirectX installation file in the game installation directory, the _Installer folder and then DirectX folder (default location for example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\__Installer\directx\redist ; the file should be DXSETUP).

Possible Solution #2

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\GAME NAME\ __Installer\directx\redist
Delete all the contents of the folder except for the following files: DSETUP.dll dsetup32.dll DXSETUP.exe
Install again.
Note change the Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games prefix if you installed to a custom location.

close the dxsetup.exe in windows task manager
