Player Console

I know you said to get to a players console was to find a post they made then right click their name to get there. I have a player that we are trying to remove because of his conduct and he has posts according to his profile but when i click on go to last post it says "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms." and it doesnt go anywhere. We need to have the player console under their profile again. We cant rely on them posting as some dont post much or like this cant get to them to get to the page.

On a side note i went to his profile and hovered over his name under activity to find his maul or site ID and then i had to go to my profile and edit the number in the web browser url link bar to his ID to get to his page.

Same basic thing happened with trying to get to his MAUL profile. I had to go under MAUL and find him using that same ID. Can we also add a link to their MAUL in their Profiles?

If this is pertaining to the 'search' index, it is currently being rebuilt and as of yesterday our calculated time was 75 hours to complete.

Not on search index but that needs fixed as well. I'm talking about when we used to go under the player profile to get to their console to edit groups or to remove ranks if needed. Agent said to find a post with the user then right click the name to get to their console. This player didn't have any posts so I had to look under member list and find his forum Id and then went under my console and in the Web browser url switch my number for his. We need to have easy access again under their profile
