RED= New since post creation
Probably got a shit ton of stuff to iron out already but since youre in the mood to change things in eGO.
Suggestions
1) The ability to register/sign in via steam? With this addition players will automatically have their steam ID linked with their maul profiles. When registering they would still need to enter date of birth, refferal and anything else you need them to fill in.
It's just easier clicking "Sign in with steam" if you have a steam account
(Of course you can still login with username/pass)
2) Notifications, I dont know about you but I don't care if someone adds me as a friends but I do care about people messaging me. If I get a PM I'd like to know. With friend requests sitting there etc and a PM coming in, I don't know that it's a pm unless I click on "Notifications". Maybe make the Notifications text glow or do something different if you have a pm or have been quoted in a topic.
3) Shoutbox - Restrict user customization on shoutbox, suchas the size. Max it at like 500 pixels etc so that I can't make it cover the whole page.
4) Change http://www.edge-gamers.com/about-us/ to match the new images for ranks in eGO.
5) Make sponsor image links open in a new tab so people don't leave the forums.
6) When you hide the sidebar with giveaway etc, make it stay hidden not comeback when you change forum.
[strike]7) Remove the "click here to view original image" in signatures or allow a slightly larger signature image to match old forum requirements.[/strike]
8) Add a Forum or Home link on DAPS and MAUL so that you can return to the forum in the same tab without having to retype ego url. (There is a forum profile link in maul but it opens in a new tab)
9) At the moment we use GameTracker for server list (http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query==(eGO)=&searchipp=50&sort=1&order=ASC) with all the new stuff on the forum maybe create or add an actual server list on the website. There is probably a plugin out there for it or tech team can make one?

10) Include the Shoutbox on every forum page? Not inside the topics but the forums and thread viewing. Maybe have a user option to have it only on front page or on all?
11) DS ADVERTISEMENT So, I read legend saying that you cannot get rid of the advertisement boxes in teh sidebars? Dunno why but maybe a work around in making the dropdown button to hide adverts visable to ONLY DS? As Non-DS I dont think I should be able to do this: https://gyazo.com/41efb89eeacc9bdf3eabd884056eb1d7 if I hide the advert box it will stay hidden the whole time, I will not see any adverts

1) When you're not logged in (a guest) and you click daps it just gives a standard "invalid user id" this could be changed to "Login/Register" etc.

3) HTTPS - When viewing posts the website is not HTTPS anymore? Only when viewing the main forum and forum topics is the website detected as HTTPS. (Maybe that's just cuz users could post unsecure things in posts, I dunno)
