Weird Shoutbox Messages

I sent some pms to members and it showed in the shoutbox that i sent messages to those members. Is that something only i can see or is that something everyone can see?

Ex:

[08:27 AM] [PM to GardenGroveVW] Division LeaderDarkRaven : I just sent you a forum PM: TS missing ranks and permissions
[08:27 AM] [PM to agent6262] Division LeaderDarkRaven : I just sent you a forum PM: TS missing ranks and permissions

Only you see this, other members do not. It's nice for incoming PMs.

The other party can also see it.

You also get notifications for mentions I believe. But as said above, these are between the involved parties... they are not public.
