Battlefield 4 Please help me

I was trying to get on the locker server and i got a message that i am banned.I play for hours every single day on the locker server and is the first time when it happens.definetly i do not cheat,break rules...last time i played , was last night around 2 am and nothing happened.
I started this thread not knowing what else to do,i couldn't find a thread for unban request or anything similar .
Can somebody ,please, get my ban removed?i am not aware of anything that i have done to lead to that...if it is something,please let me know and i will try to give an explanation.

Azazello,

Your ban was for disrespecting other players in the server. The ban is for 3 days which half has already been completed. Please wait another 2 days till you can rejoin the server
