I was going to have this be a video or try to make some pictures to explain better but I honestly feel like a text based format will be fine.

The purpose of this guide is to touch on additional subjects not covered in my two other basic guides. This one will include tips for both CTs and Ts and will be split into two sections.

Warden Tips&Tricks

  • Keep the Ts moving, it's harder for an armed T to aim or stay stacked if they are kept moving
  • When cells open get the Ts away from their cells
    • It's easier to clear guns and prevent cellhopping to vents if you move them to another area of cellblock
    • example: put them on the tables on canyondam or cell stairs on blackops
  • Know where your team is at all times
  • Know where vents and guns are located
    • playing as a T to learn the map can help with this
  • Utilize your resources well
    • Send an extra CT to pursue vents/rebels or watch an ST (or just don't give out STs)
  • Know your weaknesses in map coverage and keep the Ts away from those areas
  • Give your CTs time to move in position before moving the Ts
  • Clear guns quickly and efficiently
    • Call out the T by name and tell them to keep the gun holstered until told otherwise
    • Move them away from their team while keeping their team frozen
    • When telling a T to drop a gun, always start with the phrase "Without passing the gun to a teammate or picking it back up..."
  • Order your CTs around (Guards are required to follow the Wardens orders as long as they don't break any rules)
  • Give clear and concise orders
    • Prisoners that are confused serve as a distraction to actual rebels. Make sure the Ts know what they are supposed to do so you know who is directly disobeying
  • Never have the Ts "Shift walk follow me". You will die 80%+ of the time and the Ts will get a free primary.
  • Stay in control. Never panic.
    • If you're taking over for a warden that just died, be very quick to take control of the situation.
    • Don't take warden if you aren't with the Ts. You can't control a situation that you aren't fully aware and informed of.
  • Have fun and make sure the Ts are having fun.

Guard Tips&Tricks

  • Know where the vents and common rebellion areas are located
  • Know which prisoners are most likely to rebel
  • Stay attentive. Lazy guards and afk guards will allow prisoners a chance to escape or rebel.
  • Swiftly kill rebels and avoid killing non-rebels for frivolous reasons.
  • Stay in CT areas as much as possible to avoid death
    • Even if you die in a CT area it helps to keep your primary weapon from falling into the hands of a T
  • Use your mic, If you see a gun, call it out immediately
  • Keep your gun out and be ready to shoot at all times
  • Use your map/radar and watch for red blips
  • Have fun

Prisoner Tips&Tricks

  • If a warden tells you to take one step out...blah blah etc...he's probably going to check for guns. You can almost always hide your gun back in your cell and grab it again when you move by pressing your use key while aiming at it.
  • Be sneaky, lot's of maps have hiding spots, use these to your advantage to get the drop on unsuspecting CTs
  • Prioritize killing the warden first. The death of a warden send the jail into chaos.
  • Learn the map, know where the guns and vents are.
  • Look for CT "blind-spots". Getting away without dying is great, but getting away without being seen or noticed is even better.
  • Watch your map. Look for the red "blips" and where your teammates are dying to avoid a similar fate.
  • If a warden tells you to drop a gun you can either take your chance and risk dying to secure a kill, or you can immediately pass it to a teammate if they haven't specified not to yet.
  • Watch for guards that aren't paying attention or standing still, they make easy targets
  • Use fire grenades to help break vents or cut off a CT from moving away or following you.
  • Use frag grenades to finish off a CT with low health, or to throw near a downed gun in order to "push" it towards you.
  • Use smokes to cover an escape to an exit or vent. Alert your team in team-chat before you do this
  • Have fun

If you have any tips to add to this feel free to post them in a reply. Honestly I was bored and had nothing better to do with my free time.

Thank you Nick, although when I am this bad not much can help.
