Tech Help PC help freeze

I was checking why my PC kept freezing like almost everyday, so I haven't been able to play much game lately because I lost a lot of important files on every game I would touch because my PC only freezes when I play games. It never happens when I do the easy stuff like download, watch anime, etc you name it.

I checked all my files too I think it could possibly be my GPU i'm only getting like 30 RPM on my middle fan I don't think that was right? I was thinking of buying a new gpu also if it was the cause

What is the current setup for your machine? If you've lost a bunch of files then you may be having hard drive issues, or a damaged operating system.

I also loose files because I have to hard reset or otherwise the freezing will be there until you shut it down.
Also this started happening when I swapped all my stuff into a new case which was like 4 months ago.

gpu is a rx 290x
cpu i7 4790k
ram 16gb
motherboard msi z97 gaming 5
sshd/ssd

At idle of under load? If idle then way too high. Mine runs at 28C idle.

Do you have any club why my GPU fan is running two fans over 1000 RPM and theres one like at 30RPM? and underload its over 80CView attachment 17994

Are all your drivers up to date? Also, have you tried other diagnostic tools to see if they give you the same results?

The temp sensors have probably quit working.

Yeah I tried 3 I checked my Radeon settings maxed out the fans and the only one that was still weak was the middle middle which stayed at 30 rpm still and I use HWmonitor plus another one I forgot and unistalled.

If I were you I'd unplug my tower, open it up, and re-seat everything. Make sure all the connections are clean and properly seated.
